General Election Information*Oregon mails a ballot to every registered voter. To be included in the UOCAVA mailing, please make sure you are registered at least 50 days before the election. For those registering after the 50th day before the election, a ballot will automatically be mailed to you upon acceptance of the new registration. If there is not enough time for mail delivery, you can download your ballot at oregonvotes.gov/myballot.

**Ballot Return: Ballots must still be received by the 7th day after the election.

Poll Watchers

Observers may watch the county clerk receive and count mail-in ballots if authorized by a candidate, political party, or the county clerk. Only so many watchers allowed as will not interfere with orderly procedure.
